Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 4 tbsp. oil

  • 2 cups milk  

  • ¼ tsp. salt

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 tsp. sugar

Instructions

Beat eggs in a large bowl until frothy. Add the rest of the ingredients. Beat until smooth. Grease a pan and put enough batter to just cover bottom of the pan. Tip and swirl batter to cover the pan. Flip when it turns golden brown. Makes about 24 crepes.

Crepe Sauce

 

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup White Sugar

  • ¼ Cup Water (or Ginger ale)

  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch (mixed with Sugar)

  • 1 Cup Mixed Berries

Instructions

Combined all of the ingredients in a saucepan and cook until thickened on medium heat stirring constantly.
