Lemon Zucchini Loaf with Lemon Glaze (Betty Crocker’s)

Ingredients
1 lemon Cake mix
3 Eggs
1 ½ Cups Shredded Zucchini
1 Tbsp. vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp. Lemon Zest or 2Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Instructions
Combine ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. (Opt. you can add ½ Cup of ground Poppy Seeds).
Glaze
Ingredients
1 ½ Tbsp. lemon Juice
½ Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Icing Sugar
Instructions
Mix well and pour onto warm lemon loafs.
