Deep Dark Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cup Butter (Opt. ½ Cup Coconut Oil)

  • 1 ½ Cup White Sugar

  • 1 Cup Br. Sugar

  • 2 Tsp. Vanilla

  • 4 Eggs

  • 3 ½ Cups Flour (add more if needed)

  • 1 Cup Cocoa

  • 1 ½ Tsp. Baking Soda

  • 1 Tsp. Baking Powder

  • ½ Tsp. Salt

  • 2 Cups White Chocolate Chips

  • 1 Cup Chopped nuts (Optional)

Instructions

Cream butter, eggs, and both sugars until smooth then add dry ingredients. (Opt. you can substitute 1 cup of oat bran and 1 cup ground flax for each cup of flour.) Mix in white chocolate chips and chopped nut if you want them. Bake for 7 minutes at 375F.
