Root Beer Float Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Wh. Sugar

  • 1 Cup Br. Sugar    

  • 1 Cup Butter                               

  • ½ Cup Milk                                

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 Tsp. Root Beer Extract

  • 2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

  • 4 Cups Flour

  • 1 Tsp. Baking Soda

  • ¼ Tsp. Salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 F. In a large bowl combine sugars, butter, milk, eggs, root beer extract, and vanilla; mix until blended. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Beat until a soft dough forms. Drop dough 1 to 1 ½ Tsp. size balls onto greased cookie sheet. Place the dough balls approximately 2 inches apart. Bake them for 10 minutes or until the cookies are just turning brown. Cool Completely

*For the Frosting on the cookies use a butter icing and add about a Tbsp. of root beer Extract.*
