Sugar Cookies (Pressed)

Ingredients

• 1 cup Butter                                        

• 1 cup Wh. Sugar                                      

• 1 cup Icing Sugar  

• 1 cup Crisco Shortening  

• 2 Eggs        

• 4 ¼ cups Flour   

• 1 tsp. Salt   

• 1 tsp. Cream of Tartar    

• 1 tsp. Baking Soda    

• 1 tsp. Vanilla

• 1 tsp. Nutmeg

Instructions

Cream Butter, Sugar and shortening together in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs. Beat until smooth. Add Flour, Salt, cream of tartar, baking soda, vanilla, and nutmeg. Mix well. Fill cookie press and press cookies onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 365 F for 8 minutes and cool on a rack.
