Toffee Almond Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Butter

  • 3/4 Cup Br. Sugar

  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar

  • 1 Egg

  • 2 Tsp. Vanilla

  • 1 3/4 Cups Flour

  • 1 Cup Oats

  • 1 Tsp. Baking Soda

  • 1/4 Tsp. Salt

  • 1/3 Cup skor Bits

  • 1 Cup Chocolate chips

  • 4 Cups Slivered Almonds 

Instructions

In a large bowl cream 1st 5 ingredients, add flour, oats, baking soda, and salt to liquid mixture. (The texture of the cookie dough will be crumbly). Mix in skor bits, chocolate chips, and slivered almonds. Use your hands to form 1" balls and lightly press the dough onto parchment paper covered cookie sheets and bake @ 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Let cool on the pans for 5 minutes before removing.
