Chocolate Marshmallow Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. coloured marshmallows

  • 4 oz. choc. Chips

  • 1 cup icing sugar

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • 2 eggs beaten

  • ½ cup chopped nuts

  • ½ cup chopped cherries

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • Pinch of salt

  • ½ cup coconut

Instructions

Melt choc. and butter then add remaining ingredients.  Roll in ground nuts and flaked coconut. Wrap in wax paper and chill in fridge till your able to cut it.
