Coconut Rum Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Vanilla Wafers Crumbs

  • 1 ⅓ cups Coconut

  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts

  • 1 can Eagle Brand Milk

  • ¼ cup Rum

  • Additional flaked coconut chopped

Instructions

In large bowl, combine crumbs, coconut and nuts. Add eagle brand and rum mix well, chill 4 hours. Shape into 1” balls. Roll in additional coconut. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Makes about 8 dozen candies. Flavor of the candies improve after 24 hours. Keep for several weeks.
