Lemon Freeze

¾ cup Kellogg’s corn flack crumb
2 tbsp. sugar
¼ cup melted marg.
2 eggs (separated)
1 15 oz. can condensed milk
⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
½ tsp. grated lemon peel
3 tbsp. sugar
Instructions
Combine corn flake crumbs, 2 tbsp. sugar and melted butter. In 8” pie pan mix well. Remove 2-4 tbsp. of crumb mixture and reserve for toppings. Press remaining crumb mixture evenly and firmly around sides and bottom of pie pan. Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon coloured. Combine with milk. Add lemon juice and lemon peels till thickened. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Gradually beat in 3 tbsp. sugar. Gentle fold into lemon mixture. Pour into crumb mold. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Freeze until firm.
