Chicken or Ham Fried Rice

Ingredients
½ Cup Vegetable Oil
½ Cup Celery Chopped
½ Cup Chopped Onions
4 Cups Cooked Rice
6 Eggs
1 Cup Sliced Chicken or Ham
1 Cup Peas
Instructions
Pour vegetable oil into frying pan and fry chopped celery and onions, scramble eggs and add to celery and onion mixture. Add meat, peas and cooked rice then add a ½ cup of soya sauce add more if needed and it’s ready to eat.
