Ingredients (Dough)

  • 4 Cups Flour

  • 1 ¾ Cups Lukewarm Water

  • 1 Tsp. Salt

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Instructions

Put your flour and salt in a bowl. In another bowl put oil, water, and egg mix well. Add to the flour and salt and let stand for 10 minutes. (Opt. I use potato water).

 

Instructions (Filling)

Cook Dutch oven of potatoes (Older seem to work best). Mash potatoes add salt pepper, 2-3 tbsp. cheese whiz, Medium size onion minced, and large pkp. Of grated mild cheddar cheese. Mix well.
