Mom’s Buns

Ingredients
Put the following large pot:
1 cup Powdered Milk
1 cup Wh. Sugar
2 tbsp. Salt
½ cup Canola oil or (¼ lb. lard)
2 cup water
Bring to a boil, add 2 cups of cold water and let mixture cool. Add 4 beaten eggs.
Yeast:
*Do not stir these 3 ingredients
1 cup Luke warm water
2 tbsp. Yeast
1 tbsp. Sugar
Combined above ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes
Instructions
Meanwhile Put 14 cups of flour into a big bowl (I always start with 11 and add to get 14 as I mix). When yeast is ready pour into milk mixture. Then pour everything over flour. Knead and let rise. Punch down and let rise again, cut into buns. Place buns on greased pans and let rise again. Preheat oven to 365 F and cook buns for 25 minutes. Then place on cooling racks and butter well.
