Mayo Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mayo

  • 2 Tsp. Baking Soda

  • 3 ½ Cups Br. Sugar

  • 3 Tsp. vanilla

  • 1 ½ Cups Milk

  • 1 Tsp. Salt

  • 1 ½ Cups Vegetable Oil

  • 6 Eggs

  • 4 Tsp. Baking Powder

  • 6-7 Cups Flour

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients then add wet ingredients add flour slowly while blending mixture, last cup of flour ass only as needed. Use hand blender, makes of to 100 cookies, spoon into cookie sheets according to size of cookie you want. Bake for about 8-10 minutes at 350.

Ingredients (Toppings)

  • 1 Cup Milk

  • 1 Cup Peanuts

  • 1 Cup Br. Sugar

  • ½ Cup Peanut Butter

  • ½ Cup Butter

  • 2 Tsp. Vanilla

  • 1 Cup Coconut

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1 Cup Pecans          

Instructions (Toppings)

Mix dry ingredients first then add wet ingredients. Bring to a boil slowly stir often. Cook until thick double the recipe for 1 batch of cookies, spoon topping onto each cookie. Freeze cookies so topping can cool off then dip in chocolate.
