Turtle Brownies

Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1 ½ cup flour
½ cup cocoa
½ tsp. salt
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
½ cup pecans
1 cup butter
1 cup Br. Sugar
¼ cup corn syrup
1 cup eagle brand milk
Instructions
Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, salt and oil. Add eggs, vanilla and pecans. Cook ½ of batter in a 9 x 13 for 10 minutes at 350. Put butter, sugar, corn syrup and milk in a heavy saucepan. Heat and stir until it boils. Boil for 5 minutes stirring continually as it burns easily and quickly. Pour over brownies. Sprinkle choc. Chips and nuts over top. Add remaining brownie dough and put back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
