Zucchini Marmalade

Ingredients

  • 6 cups shredded zucchini

  • 6 cups sugar

  • 1-19 oz crushed pineapple canned fruit

  • 1 ½ oranges

  • ½ lemon (blended or pureed)

  • 1-6 oz box apricot powdered jello

Instructions

Boil 1st 5 ingredients slowly for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in jello until dissolved. Pour into sterilized jars and seal with wax.
