Rolo Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 Cup Wh. Sugar

• 1 Cup Br. Sugar

• 1 Cup Softened Butter

• 2 Eggs 

• 2 tsp. Vanilla

• 2 ½ Cups Flour

• ¾ Cup Cocoa

• 1 tsp. Baking Soda

• 6 Pkgs. Rolo Chocolates

Instructions

Cream first five ingredients together. Add everything else (Except rolos) and beat. Take 1 tbsp. of dough, wrap around a rolo, roll and then roll again in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F for 8 minutes and leave on cookie sheet for another 2-4 minutes.
