Chocolate Refreshers

Ingredients
1 ¼ Cup Flour
½ Cup Butter
¾ Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
½ Tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
1 ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup Orange Juice
½ Cup Water
½ Cup Milk
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1 ¼ Cup Chopped Dates
Instructions
Sift 1st three ingredients then combine dates, sugar, water, and butter in large saucepan. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until dates are soft. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips beat in eggs. Add dry ingredients then orange juice and milk. Blend well, stir in walnuts. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 350F. Let cool and ice.
