Pistachio Dessert

Ingredients
Base:
2 Cups Crushed Ritz Crackers
½ Cup Melted Butter or Marg.
Spread evenly in the bottom of a 9”x 13” pan & bake at 350° for 20 min.
Filling:
2 pkgs. Pistachio Instant Pudding Mixes
1½ Cups Milk
Instructions
Mix Pudding & Milk until thick & set.
Add 1 Litre Vanilla Ice Cream softened & 1 container of Cool Whip to filling & mix well. Pour over base & top with crushed pistachio or other favourite nuts. Refrigerate before serving.
