Royal Icing

• 3 egg Whites

• ½ tsp Cream of Tartar

• 4 cups Icing Sugar

Instructions

Beat all ingredients at high speed for 7 to 10 minutes. Use immediately, re-beating will not restore texture.

Yields 2½ cups.
