Barbeque Beef Slices

Ingredients
1 lemon quartered or sliced
1 med onion chopped finely
¼ cup white sugar
¼ cup vinegar
1 ½ cup water
4 tsp dry mustard
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
½ cup butter
Instructions
Place roast in slow cooker or oven with chopped onion and lemon slices, cook until med well. Slice thinly or pull apart with fork.
Mix ingredients together and simmer for 20 minutes, then take out lemon slices. Add 1 cup ketchup and 3 tbsp Worcestershire. Pour sauce over sliced roast. Bake at 275-300 degrees for 1 hr or longer in oven, or 2-3 hrs in slow cooker.
